Chaos is stronger than Weiss, Weiss only gets suped up because of Omega.

He’s stronger than Weiss and Cloud, but still not stronger than Sephiroth. Remember when Vincent was turning into half Chaos he owned Weiss, then Weiss got supes up, then they were even.

To be fair, Vincent never defeated the real Weiss. It was just a copy of Hojo inhabiting his body.
And I doubt Hojo’s combat skill was in the same level of Weiss.

Well i think everyone in FFVII have gained power by useing device’s such as materia J-Cell’s G-Cell’s and other power-up’s such as Limit Break’s witch allow them to enhance their normal ability by many time’s

Yes. Hojo/Weiss was using the Proto Materia to tap into Omega’s power. Why do you think Cerberus' bullets couldn’t harm him?

Because he said he was near indestructable like Omega and able to harness the Lifestream?, this would explain why he say’s “your weapon’s are useless against me"

I don’t think he actually knows about the powered up Weiss, but either way, Cloud would beat Base Weiss. Need a limit break to beat powered up and Omega Weiss. I know Omega Weiss is faster, but I think Cloud could react to him, and he WOULD need Omnislash or something close to beat Omega Weiss. I’m still going with Cloud despite the fact that I know Omega Weiss puts Cloud at a disadvantage.
