Really, and if we count the IDW comic, Shockaract was a powerful godlike spawn of Unicron, who devastated a whole part of the world and holds a powerful Anti-Matrix that does more damage to even Unicron if he has to. I don’t recall KH doing that kind of feat.

In KH 1 worlds were being taken by darkness and you can clearly see this when Destiny Island was destroyed by darkness. Xehanort’s heartless did that, Xemnas is much more powerful
If we count Lio Convoy and Big Convoy both from 2 Japanese Beast Wars animes, then they combine their matrix powers together and unleashed up an infinite amount of power.
