You don’t assume you are over weight, people tell you, and if they don’t, you would never realize it yourself.

Most people lose weight for themselves, not anyone else. It’s so they feel healthier and live better lives. Calling a person a fatass won’t help them. Alot of times it will just force them to go into a depressed eating binge or something along those lines.

But why would they need to lose weight?

To be healthier?

Wrong, so other people don’t hurt there feelings.

They NEED to lose weight so others won’t hurt their feelings? Don’t you think others shouldn’t hurt their feelings out of pure curtesy. They NEED to lose weight so they won’t damage their bodies and can live a healthy life. So they can be happy and not have to worry about restrictions or consequences because their overweight, not because some people seem to think it’s alright to call them names.

It wasn’t a topic. I’m talking about anti-smoking ads in real life.
In Japan they all smoke at least eight packs a day and look how long they live for.

Then I again, I never said NEED. They do NEED to lose wait for their health, but most people WANT to lose wait so people don’t tease them.

Well, I didn’t literally mean 8 packs, considering a pack is 20 - 40 cigarettes usually that’d mean they’d be smoking around 160 smokes every 24 hours and about 12 of those hours are probably sleeping.

You really shouldn’t sleep 12 hours a day.

abs and pecs = sumo man boos, you are a moron, to be as fat as the guy in the picture you will need at lease to be 70% body fat.

Ideal Body Weight and Body Fat Percent

Your ideal weight and fat-lean ratio varies considerably for men and women and by age, but the minimum percent of body fat considered safe for good health is 5 percent for males and 12 percent for females. The average adult body fat is closer to 15-18 percent for men and 22-25 percent for women.

so unless you are one unhealth person 9% is pretty good for off season.
