Buu can use his absorption, which will give him an instant win in this battle. The candy beam won’t work unless it makes a direct hit on Prime.

Also, without having the same energy output as the Z fighters, Earth’s people,All the namekians, all the kias, and some otherworld ogre like things it’s going to be tough as hell. Thats what kind of energy was needed to take Kid Buu out so he couldn’t come back and also that factor of the spirit bomb only hurting those who are evil. Kid buu at first PUSHED that back with his own strength. Only an FPSSJ Goku could finish the job and that was multiplying the force of the original throw by 50x pretty much.

Maybe but it would be quite hard to do considering how Buu is. He regenerates nigh instantly, it’s not as if he can sence Buu’s PL or if it’s gone can he?
