Also, Goku and Vegeta by the ink and anime were planet busters by the end of the Saiyan Saga with the respective beam attacks. By the end of it all, probably every Z fighter could level a planet with one attack in my opinion.
As for Kid Buu, I don’t think he’s strong enough to beat Prime, but I do think that Prime would wear himself out before putting Buu’s regen abilities down for good. Prime initially, Kid Buu ultimately.
you need to be able to use the right technique to destroy a planet which most of the z caracters didnt have
goku was capable of taking planet blasts in the freeza saga though

But if it DID destroy the solar system by blowing earth away then wouldn’t that be like Two Solar system busters because having the sun blowing up and consuming the whole Solar system in an explosion would be enough to do it two times over.
