Pre Crisis has better physical feats. He could win, but I think the Surfer can win this too, simply because of his indrect abilities, his energy manipulation is pretty damn good, and they are both insane speedsters, Superman is more of a brawler whislt Norrin is more of a energy based attacker. Surfer has generated the energy of the big crunch to beat 2 Galactus level beings, need I say feats for Pre Crisis? Because we know what he can do. I do have a feeling that most people are going to go with Pre Crisis Supes though. The Power Cosmic is a bitch though too.

nope pre crisis gets owned no matter how strong he gets the power cosmic gets stronger no matter how fast he gets the power cosmic is faster only in hand to hand does superman have a chance and since the surfer wont allow that the fight ends..............the surfer can absorb all his solar energy or he can turn it into kryptonite inside him since he can rearrange energy and matter for wateva use he wants....hince when the elder god the obliterator showed up and he turned all his destructive energy to harmless light.....

Well Superman resisted many powerful transformation before, so surfer cannot transform parts of his body. Wasn’t Pre Crisis Superman like million time faster than light while surfer is like 1000 times faster than light? I mean Pre Crisis Superman moved planets by just breathe for god’s sake.

The Surfer actually has limitless speeds, and can augment his strength to the level of a fully enranged Hulk, who as you know is at CELESTIAL level.

plus its not the transformation its all the energy thats inside him that changes and since its in his blood when he turns it to kryptonite thats the end..........and supes wasnt a million times faster than light he was light speed since he didnt transverse thru warp holes like the surfer...only done when ova light speed........ and the surfer can snap his fingers and destroy a planet.....he brought a planet back to life then over powered himself and destroyed it but that was when he was weakened at full power he is beyond this.........he hasnt been at full power since he came out he lost half of it from an explosion keyed to his energy and he was still rated 1

You sure about that? Power ranking says otherwise. Pre Crisis Superman sneezed and destroyed star system. He moved several planets to other orbits. Pre Crisis Superman owns any incarnation of Hulk that it is not funny. He moved so fast that Louis didn’t notice him rescuing other planets in other galaxy.

thats funny since the power cosmic can allow u to have unlimited strength.........and ss owns the hulk too son...........ss can move planets but wat u fail to c is that superman is da poster boy for dc and they made him do anything but even more fucked is that he’s got that kryptonite weakness thing and ss can create that from anything around the area since da power cosmic allows this

Surfer has done light years in seconds too, and I meant to say nigh limitless, my bad. He also has nano second reactions, he’s never moved a planet, but I’m sure he’s capable of doing it.

seeing as how ss can tell this dude his weakness within nanoseconds before the fight starts he’d give him the option to leave.......supes refuses and hits the surfer......surfer then turns the solar energy he collects into red solar energy.....supes is fucked but that’s not all.......then ss turns all near by rocks or anything he can get into kryptonite and this is all ova........can superman get cut into pcs and those pcs give the ppl who hold them untold amounts of power......then can superman regenerate his body back to full potential like nothing happened......no he cant.......and betta feats....wow surfer has fought and beaten gods while supes fights and loses to gods......cept weak as orion.......its superman vs the power cosmic

Just because he can react in nano second doesn’t mean he can figure out weakness in no time. It actually took some time for Surfer to figure out Hulk’s weakness. And just you know that Pre Crisis Supes can speedblitz Surfer. I am not being baised here. Seriously.

I think Surfer’s faster than pre-crisis Superman (can go into hyperspace) so cant he calculate weakness while running away o sth. he can definitely dodge really well.
