the prob with pre-crisis is he had every superpower imaginable by any writer of Superman at the time so its hard to gauge his level.

If you read speed feats of pre crisis, you can see he can speedblitz and knock out Surfer. Nanosecond? Superman saved planet on other galaxy without getting notice during conversation.

Nanosecond isn’t his limit though, he has been shown to fight while time travelling.

Alright, if supes really said that/..

then for this fight, FINE then..
SUpes pre crisis gets ALL powers he can think of.....

Infinite speed, invunerabilitity.......Hyperspace(supes isnt denied this one nayway)
..infinie strength..

Surfer’s mroe of a distance attacker......can surfer even meelee???

s speed will give him trouble...but, isnt surfer like REALLY durable, not liek supes type, but more Kid buu-type durabilitity....

Superman needs some sort of finisher here......speed can’t serve as a finisher......

But, give them everything they can possibly do, and its a matter of style....Up close......supes..? He’s good, but......ik, caz it’s pre, so maybe...

Surfer....i dont recall him having decent fighting skills

lol, maybe thats wh he had to choke the humar torch in order to get him off his back, LOL... i kno, not a good comparison..

still, Supe’s speed , and hear vision here..

Supes can pull the flas hvibrate thru stuff powers..

And, if we go by him clarifyong that he can pul lany power he wants(YIKES< this means he can now do the one thing he couldnt be4..a kamehameha!), he gets all the powers he’s had at one point, but forgot..kinetic manupilation, complete molecule control, .....basically every power HE’ll think up..
Now, how he use hem....if he forgets his suepr smarts, he;ll be an idiot and use his powers crappily...and, SUrfer will laugh to death.
