Silver Surfer from the movie wins, because this guy had shown to phase through physical matters like those buildings and the bus. He jammed a missile with his board like he made the missile looks like as if it had sink into his board. He can also make things blows up just by using his powers from his palm. He unleashed so much energy even that Galactus wannabe like being who is bigger than planets could not withstand, his energy made a being who can eat planets blow up.
