This is how alot of people debate with me on this forum..
This is no way to debate...
--- Theory does not mean an unsubstantiated guess or hunch, as it can in everyday speech. A theory is a logically self-consistent model or framework for describing the behavior of a related set of natural or social phenomena.
You know, there’s not a lot of actual debating over whether religion is true or not any more, just inane arguments within arguments about things such as;
“OMG that’s a fallacy, that’s a FUCKING FALLACY. Nice fallacy there, dickwipe”
“No, wrong. It’s perfectly valid, what you have just said is a fallacy."
“Nuh uh."
“Uh huh."
“Why does everyone complain about me”
“Because you’re an asshole”
“Oh yeah, real nice you are, calling me an asshole /sarcasm”
“Thanks for the /sarcasm, Captain Obvious. I thought you were the one who said we should have free speech”
“Yes but having free speech doesn’t mean you’re right”
“Don’t you think you’re being a bit of a hypocrite, bitching about our bitching?"
“Religions do not deserve respect”
“Yes they do”
“No they don’t”
“Howcome you all say Scientology doesn’t deserve respect then?"
“Howcome you get to pick and choose which religions can be picked on and which can’t. And howcome you complain when we make fun of Atheism, which is your belief?"
Et cetera, et cetera.
