Did I say anything about Superman putting up a ki barrier? No? Thought so.

Knowing Buu, he’s just wait for the right time to even try to absorb him, other than doing it up front in a fight, as he’s done this against Gotenks, Piccolo, and Gohan, using a sneak attack to put the battle in his favor.

What do you mean so what? Ultimately, it’ll either work, or not work. Then again, Superman can just freeze him to where he can’t do anything, and if you mean by blowing him to hell you mean destroying the planet, it won’t work.

They think absorption would do the trick, but as we’ve seen Super Buu do, he’d try to bait Superman in, he’d let a piece of himself fall off, latch onto him, and let it do the rest of the work.

But, Superman could concentrate his hearing to only hear what goes on at the battlefield, or what Super Buu does, and be one step ahead of him, hearing everything that he does, including if a piece of his body falls off of him, and react in time before the piece of his skin latches onto him, freeze it with his breath, and throw it right back at him.

And another thing, Super Buu’s durability is very weak, and thus he has to rely on his regeneration just to heal himself. More or less, his heat vision would put him down for the count, and/or couldn’t he just freeze him to the point to where he can’t do anything?

Superman will not be expecting absorption, he is not going to be listening for it. There have been many cases where people have acheived sneak attacks on superman. I doubt that heat vision would put him down for the account. It might put a hole in him, but he would just regenerate, a full blast kamehameha is much more powerful than heat vision, yet SSJ3 goku couldn’t destroy a weaker buu with it. Superman would have to pull some new technique out of his ass to beat Mystic Super Buu.

Both characters know something about each other, usually what the place that their homeworld knows. Since we don’t know where Babidi’s homeworld is, we’ll go with earth. Most people on earth know that Buu can absorb people into his body, so Superman would know that as well, but he doesn’t know that there is another Buu inside of Super Buu’s body.

For another example, Buu would know that Superman has been shown to be vulnerable to kryptonite, but that doesn’t mean that he knows where to find kryptonite, or that Clark Kent is actually Superman.

You do realize that Superman has super hearing,right? And no a kamhehameha would not be more powerful than Superman’s HV unless you can prove that it can destory a star.

Well since goku doesn’t go around randomly trying to blow up stars this is kind of hard to prove. We do know that broly was able to blow up stars from his movie, with his ki blasts, that is how he took out that galaxy. We also know that SSJ3 Goku’s kamehameha is much stronger than a ki blast from broly, so using logical inference, goku should be able to blow up a star with ease. Super hearing? really? thanks for telling me that Kal-El. I didn’t know that superman had super hearing, what are you going to tell me next that he has x-ray vision? That is fine but if superman is distracted by Buu, he most likely won’t even notice the piece of Buu. Many people have used sneak attacks against superman, I am sure if he could hear them all, he would never get hit from behind then.

Movie=non canon and brly was overpowered by an attack that couldn’t destory the sun and that piece would sneak up on superman he hears it blasts it.

Obviously Kal-EL you don’t understand Ki, DBZ characters such as Goku and Gohan have complete control over their blasts. The reason why it didn’t destroy the sun, is because they didn’t want to destroy the sun, it is the same reason why their Ki Blasts don’t destroy the Earth everytime. Well Since we are using two separate universes all feats are cannon. And yes broly did take out a universe by blasting stars. And juman wasn’t saying that he literally killed Gohan, but Broly did kick Gohan’s trash.

But yes SSJ3 Goku does have solar system destroying potential and the least, and don’t ask for proof, because like I said Goku doesn’t go around blowing up solar systems, really wouldn’t make sense. So Mystic Buu, who is much stronger than Goku could do much more. We know that buu, had the power to destroy the universe as stated in the series, And yes if Mystic buu was fighting superman, superman would be distracted and wouldn’t even notice the piece of Buu that would absorp him.

And also this dude says they didn’t want to blow up the sun, if that is the case and the triple blast was more powerful than the star, why shoot him in there in the first place?

Exactly. The same with Cooler. All the Kamehameha did was push both Broly and Cooler into the sun to the point to where they could not resist it, and eventually died from exposure to the sun.
