Prove it was a time leap. You can’t because there is no proof that it was. You are just using opinion. In DBZ they tend to slow things down not speed them up.
DBZ or GT characters do not fly lightspeed all the time just because they can. Superman doesn’t fly light speed all the time. Most of the time he is just flying at supersonic speeds. So just because they don’t do it all the time, does not prove that they can’t. Krillin was moving at speeds well above the speed of sound back in Dragon Ball. Speed and Power in DBZ are directly correlated. Buu can move at lightspeed, and he can react to attacks and beams that well exceed light speed. His reaction time is just as good as Supermans, Post crisis superman is pretty watered down.

That isn’t light speed, FALSE, he could have flow 5 miles away and back around to the building, no proof that this is even close to light speed. Flying 200,000 miles an hour he could have done this feat.
I mentioned smallville clark, because somebody else on the board said that he was light speed, so you Fail.

Galactus can time travel with the power cosmic. It depends on how the techinique is used, you said nothing is faster than instant, but that is false when characters can think faster than people using IT, and time travel before they even use the said technique.
