Biblical God killing innocents? Your opinion.

In all the times God has destroyed people(flood, Sodom and Gomorrah, etc.) were there not innocents such as infants and young children? surely these people did not deserve to die.
I cant imagine how God would do such a thing and still call himself a God of Love.

Those who were wise and heeded their conscience wouldn’t have lingered around in Sodom for long.

But those who loved having animal sex pooled together into on large abominable society titled Soddom and Gommora. They were begging for God to punish them.

Then why punish for it?
If allowed a choice that you will be punished for, is that not deceitful and fascist?
If deceitful and fascist, then why call him god?
