RedIsRed Guest | Having a choice, and the result of the choice, are two different subjects.
God allows us to be evil, but that doesn’t mean he desires us to be evil.
We can prove that we love God by obeying Him. If obeying Him was the only thing we could do, it wouldn’t be love.
God approves the fact that we have a free will. But he doesn’t approve any evil action. | | | | 10 Jun 2008 12:59 am |

News flash: love is not a choice. You can’t “choose” to love god. If we can’t choose to love him, then why have the label “evil” on those who don’t love god but have no choice? And why should you prove that you love him anyway? Isn’t he all knowing? You shouldn’t have to prove to an all knowing being that you love them. If someone doesn’t love you your supposed to get over it, not label them as evil then punish them and tell them it’s their fault.
Besides, the word “obey”... that doesn’t sound very love-like to me. --- Zeitgeist: Addendum

I’m beginning to think you don’t understand human nature. Love isn’t a choice. Hmm, maybe thats why your religion has arranged marriages. --- Zeitgeist: Addendum
