But it does give us something to do, as much as we hate to see how they turn out, we want it to happen just to prove them wrong. And such is the way of the VS forums.

So it seems that no matter how many times Gogeta can try, even spamming the Soul Punisher, he cannot defeat Darkseid, hahaha.

That makes no sense...All I said was it would never happen(which it wouldn’t).Darkseids Omega Effect isn’t life energy like ki and can bend,curve,go in a straight line whatever its whatever DS wants it to do.

Spectre kills Darkseid in combat, but little did Spectre know is DS is protected by the Source and revives him as he is important to the universe being the “negative charge” in it. It’s also revealed if Spectre was successful in killing DS, he in turn would become Darkseid himself
