Lightning doesn’t hurt guys like Kakashi and Sasuke like Neji destory a mountain without even touching it plus Kuma’s thing don’t came at light speed.

Why doesn’t it hurt guys like Kakashi and Sasuke? Of course it can.

Shanks and WB cut the sky without touching it too, and they weren’t even trying.

Kuma’s attacks come at lightspeed, but the Kuma that was shown that is fighting Zoro wasn’t fighting seriously at all.

CSL2 Sasuke also destory a valley and Oro can seal person in the game as well but OP is impressive.
