I just think that Alucard is capable of 'surviving' through more damage than Sephiroth was. Alucard certainly wouldn’t be killed by the Omnislash. He’d be chopped to bits, but then he’d just come back together.

And by the time of AC, Sephiroth can regenerate instantly. Hell, he created an entire body in seconds, using only a few cells in a box!
The fact he was defeated by Omnislash Version 5, is a proof of how powerful the attack is. Omnislash V.5 would destroy Alucard.

Sephiroth is the evolution of Jenova, a threat to entire planets. Alucard is not on his level.

Wow... For one, Alucard has been diminished to a pool of blood and came back from it. There is no way that the Omnislash can kill Alucard. The very thought that you even think so is laughable.

Two, Sephiroth didn’t create a new body in seconds from a box of cells. He changed Kadaj’s appearance. It’s a well known fact that Jenova was a shapeshifter, as she took Sephiroth’s form in FF7 and killed President Shinra.

Cid: That wasn’t shapeshifting in Advent Children, that was rengeration. Because if that were true, then Cloud would have been fighting Jenova, which he wasn’t.

Sephiroth didn’t even get diced though remember? He just...died.

Kadaj is nothing more than a spirit-body. Sephiroth needed a physical body to return, and this is why he used the cells in the box to form a new one.

Sephiroth formed an entire body out of a few cells, and he did that in seconds. That shows how insane his regeneration is. If Omnislash can kill him, it can easily kill Alucard.

If it was regeneration then why does it revert back into Kadaj? That really doesn’t make much sense to me.

And he did die though, my point is that Alucard has been through a lot worse.

I direct you to my above post. Tell me how Omnislash can kill Alucard when he regenerates from that?

Kadaj doesn’t posses a physical body, Sephiroth’s body died, Kadaj is just his will.

That’s the thing, I believe Omnislash is that powerful, we know what the lifestream can do, a small portion destroyed a planetoid, Sephiroth was going to take ALL of this.

Sephiroth wouldn’t have survived it by my understanding.

It’s simple. Once the Planet is hurt, it gathers Spirit Energy to heal the injury. The amount of energy gathered depends on the size of the injury... What would happen if there was an injury that threatened the very life of the Planet? Think how much energy would be gathered! Ha ha ha. And at the center of that injury, will be me. All that boundless energy will be mine. By merging with all the energy of the Planet, I will become a new life form, a new existence. Melding with the Planet... I will cease to exist as I am now... Only to be reborn as a 'God' to rule over every soul.

It seems as if he planned on having his physical body destroyed.

Besides, this is the same Sephiroth who was tossed into a Mako pit and had his body completely destroyed.

Because Sephiroth regenerated from less than that, and Omnislash still killed him.

Ah, and Alucard’s regeneration power comes from all the souls inside him.
Sephiroth destroys(or corrupts) all of them in his first attack with the Negative Lifestream.

But Alucard can’t be killed, he can’t even be hurt unless it’s a blessed weapon being used on him, anything else he shrugs off like it’s nothing. Omnislash couldn’t kill Alucard. How many times do I have to say it? Alucard has been chopped up, blown to bits, and reduced to a pile of mush. How in the hell can sword slashes kill him?

Semi-Right. The souls inside him come from the peoples who blood he’s devoured. They’re his familiars and if he doesn’t summon them then Sephiroth can’t touch them or corrupt them. Nice try though.

Besides, that’s his immortality not his regenerative abilities.

That doesn’t actually mean he will be destroyed, that means he won’t be the metabadass human he was in FFVII.

That was Base Sephiroth who got his body destroyed in the Mako Pit, remember Cloud who’s stronger than Base Sephiroth gets curb stomped by the lifestream too and all he suffered was Mako poisoning. And that’s VII Cloud who’s weaker than AC Cloud, inturn with Sephiroth being stronger than anyone in VII.

Omnislash isn’t just some random slices though. This kills a demi-god. Chaos and Weiss are nigh indestructable, Sephiroth is above them, because of his durbaility and regeneration, it kill Sephiroth, a dude who could tank the planets energy. I mean Cloud soared through a city buster (mega flare) like it was nothing. Sephiroth >>>>>>>> Cloud.

I dare still say Sephiroth, the best villain Demi-God there is.

Maybe they could have an Intangible Orgy, that would suffice and they could finish the battle as lovers?

Respective bows. Then they raise hell and destroy the galaxy, no the universe.

haha. Yes. So now what should we do? Lock, or just leave it open? I think I might leave it open.
