JLA: Another Nail #1 [Vol.1]
Darkseid orchestrates the Omega Doom, which would destroy Apokolips, New Genesis and all matter for millions of light years will be vaporized. However, when this explodes the explosion will make Darkseid stronger with his Omega armor.
This is stuff from JLA:Rock of Ages. In this story, Aquaman, Kyle Rayner, and The Flash are transported outside of time. When they return to their Earth, they find they came back 15 years too late. Darkseid took it over, among other things. Eventually, the universe is restarted by Orion’s Genesis Box, undoing everything that happened and setting things back to normal. Before this, however ...
A telepath called Sleez was mind-controlling Superman and Big Barda. It was suggested that Superman was more succeptible to the mind control because it started while he was unconscious, but in the same book, it’s stated that Superman’s mind is actively resisting the TP. Anyway, Mr. Miracle is completely immune to his TP, which he attributes to being trained trained to resist any level of TP short of Darkseid’s own:

The Giffen/DeMatteis JLA wants none of Darkseid. Nor does Manga Khan:
Darkseid states that The Lords of Chaos fear him, and this seems to be backed up by them slinking back whenever he yelled for them to stop. The Lords of Order say they don’t fear him, although the Lords of Chaos seem to think they’re lying:
The retcon of the Legends fight with Superman under Byrne and the battle against the two Fates. Check the monitors showing the examples. Both instances were Desaad in disguise:

The avatar retcon. Darkseid basically states he’s never lost, but his avatars have. Technically, that’s a retcon of all losses before this period. Because the others were previously retconned, though, the Doomsday thing is pretty much all this could apply to. Of course, some beleive he needs to spell out the battles in question for it to count. I guess people can judge for themselves:
