Wind Tunnel is a Naraku curse so technically he could give it to everyone and spam his poison bugs, effectivly killing off the Naruto cast easily.
Shino has bugs that can suck the life out people and he can control other bugs.

Yes technically those poison insects are the only weakness of the wind tunnel thus far.
That would be the only thing to stop him. Then there’s the Sounga, Inu No Taisho’s sword.

It all depends on who the ninja who teleports hits. Considering Sesshoumaru shrugs off(Well pretty much) getting his arm chopped off, I would say he could take a hit from those ninja. Miroku, he might be able to take a hit depends on who hits him.
