Without time there can be no space, and by extension gravity.
What I meant was tims is not finite. In my opinion there was no beginning and there will be no end. I was more pointing out the fact that man seems to always have to put a stamp, label or measurement on everything.

Okay, let’s say God’s life is a never ending line. and in the middle of this line is when God created the world.
Here is the point.
God never created the world.
Because the time before he got to that point is infinite, and never ending, he never would have reached the point of making the planet.
This was an idea I came up with, and I thought it was interesting.
So going by your logic here...
Since numbers are infinite, then by your logic, any one number cannot exist since there are infinite numbers on either side of it.
But we know that this is not the case, so once again, God lives on.
Time DOES go on forever though.
So do numbers.
I know they do. That is why time can be measured by numbers well (like seconds, hours, etc)And like time, number lines have no beginning and they have no end.

Well the thing is time IS finite, it had a beginning. If time was infinite then an infinite amount of time had to have passed before getting to this moment.
uh it’s a distortion, and actually yes we can. Einstein gave us a nice clear picture of light bending around the sun during a solar eclipse proving indisputably that gravity exists as the sun affected the photons enough to bend them around itself.

acctually there will be an end. If the universe dosnt contract back it will keep flying off for trillions trillions trillions trillion trillions trillions of years and in this time atoms them sevles will start decaying into nothingness leaving the universe utterly empty. Well this is one theroy at leat
but you just admitted that we can see it’s effects, how can we see effects w/out a cause? You just said yourself Gravity is real by stating that. We’ve proven it exists, and I don’t get why it’s so important to see it, do you not believe in deadly gamma radiation even though we can’t see it?

Completely agree here we don’t know enough about it. The universe is a big place, it would be unwise to take the way we experience it on earth as the standard for the whole universe.---

I didn’t mean that, I just meant human perception may be flawed

I can’t claim to be a scientist or a theorist. I was stating what I believe to be true. Time is just something that is. I don’t think anyone can claim it had a beginning or will have an end. Time is just a measurement of existance.
