AIDS is transmitted through the vagina or penis. If the penis’s hole is being blocked, no disease can get in.

or can be absorbed through the penal gland(or head) ... but it’s still also covered by a condom.

Itachi, during intercourse, you can only transmit it if the condom breaks or you aren’t wearing/using it properly and it spills, falls off, etc... 99% of the time, these failures are due to user errors because they weren’t properly educated in condom use.
