This topic is meant to find out what everyone’s opinion is of the Creature Creator (free or full trial). It’s for those of you who have played the free trail and for those of you who will download it/buy it l8r on. So post your opinions on it.
I personally think it is amazing. You really can make anything like how Will Wright said a few years back. So far i’ve been playing the free trail but i may plan on upgrading to the full creature creator edition so i can experiment with all the parts.
You don’t hve to buy it, the trial creature creater is free, but if you want the full demo, you have to pay $10... lol, its kinda funny when you think about it. Once you play the free trial though, you realize how much stuff you are missing out on in the full demo, and how many options there could be... not to mention the actualy full game! *head explodes*

Dude, in the full game of Spore there is a creature cretaor. The Spore Cretaure Creator which u can buy or download that is nothing more than a demo of the full game. You’ll still be able to make cretaures and stuff like how u can in the creature creator in the full game.

Then why are they selling spore and spore creature creator together? for 60 bucks?

And dude trust me i’ve been following this game for a while. The main reason maxis is putting teh creature cretaor out on the market is to mainly get user feedback and give us all something for waiting so long (the game was originally meant to release early 2006). I can asure you that the creature creator is in the full game. Watch some videos if you don’t believe me.
Is it a dela where u can buy the creature creator and preo-order and pay off Spore for just $60? If it is then that’s undertsandable. But like i had said earlier the creture creator (both the trail and full thing) are just demos of the full game’s creature creator mode. If u watch some recent vids you’ll know that the full game of Spore does allow u to make creatures like in the creature cretaor.
Here’s a new video. It shows the cretaure phase and at some points u can see where u are in the cretaure editor and creating ur cretaure.

In the full game when u mate in the cretaure phase u get to select an egg and edit ur cretaure up. It’s basically the same thing as the creature cretaor.
