That being said, there are various adware/spyware applications that will try and show various shit in your browser while your browsing around on the internet, this has nothing to do with the sites in question, it’s just the adware/spyware that makes it appear (by interfering with the the way the browser renders the page) that the ads/crap is on those sites.
I do know that this example is probably doctored — which is very easy: grab a screenshot, launch a photo editing application and copy paste something it the picture :-)
