Chibi, you know Inuyasha didn’t you? It’s best to admit that Inuyasha and Sesshomaru alone would provide huge problems for the Star Fox Universe if they’re at full demon power.
Then what if I exchanged Negima for Bastard! then? Hahahahahahahaha!!! Dark Schneider would eat the Star Fox universe alive. Also to have added Tenchi Muyo to the anime team as well.

They can infect planets. Therefore, they can infect solar systems/galaxy. Some Aparoid missiles are capable of destroying a part of the planet. If there are several of them, they can destroy a planet with relative ease. (The missiles come in groups)
Their homeworld is an example of the infected planet. It wasn’t like that to start with- And Star Fox only beat them because they had the anti-aparoid program. If they hadn’t, Queen would have obliterated them.

How they destroy a universe before? No, they failed to kill the Star Fox who can’t do the same thing. If Tenchi is included here, then his LHWs will end the whole Nintendo multiverse in seconds.
