If there was a questioning to determine if the child is telling the truth at the start before anything was to happen, the child could be harmed or worse. Its for their protection. If a person is innocent then there is nothing to worry about.
But to accuse an innocent man and cause him unnecessary trouble which could reflect on his life is also a crime and could counter charge for legal litigation’s. Such claims are serious ones and I’m not worried because I nave never committed such a a crime nor is there any proof.
