My connection keeps on getting lost. I have to unplug the router and the modem and restart them to get the connection back. Why could this be happeinng?

Err. By cable modem, I mean does it connect to the internet through a coaxial cable? Like the one your TV is connected to?

Eh. Never heard of it. I’ve got internet through Cable One, who also provide our television service. And my cable modem shuts off from time to time. was doing it all morning today.
