tryant wasnt a herald galactus created him with companionship in mind after he did that he let him feed off the same power source as galactus himself.............but afta that mistake he said he would neva create sumthing like that so he made heralds. fallen 1 is the only 1 who doesnt have the power cosmic which is the reason galactus cant strip him of his power
