Luckily, it will return underground though, hence, the mainstream and corporations will let go of Hip Hop and find some other form of music to piss on and try to ruin. When they leave, real Hip Hop will return.

actually both are doing about the same, where I live ther are more ans of rap tha nrock and its a generally white/asian area.
however, I think there are a couple of mainstream rapers keeping it alive, game, lupe fiasco, kanye, common, and them
poeple like soulja boy and 50 cent are killing it though

but the content is disappearing, the fact someone like soulja boy or V.I.C. can become millionaire for nothing more than a catchy chorus and horrible rapping skills is saying something
