Riku chooses not to kill Roxas because Ansem the Wise told him to. Roxas is needed to make Sora complete, so killing him is not an option. It’s not because Roxas reminded him of Sora. At all.

1. Yes but Roxas take’s Riku’s Keyblade then summon’s his own leaveing Riku without one, witch is the only reason he had to transform notice how effortlessly he could avoid Roxas untill he went double Keyblade on him?
Roxas was on the floor for a good 20-30 second’s when Riku stab’s the floor next to his face, so Riku could have finished him there and then in base form, and Riku avoided that slash regardless.

Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts was necessarily a weakened, stripped down version, 'kiddified' (if you’ll excuse the term), to fit in with any subject matter involving Disney. Any other incarnations of Seph are, IMO, noticably more powerful, as would Sora and Riku if they were updated for different games. CC Sephiroth may not have his crazy psychic/spiritual skills yet, but he’s still the Elite of the Elite at the top of his game. It’s Seph for the win this time.

Actually, in KH2 Sephiorth clearly stated that Sora wasn’t strong enough to beat him. The actual fight where you 'win' is PIS. Zack beats Seph in Crisis Core, but guess what? In the cutscene, Seph kicks his newbie ass. The same here.

Yeah I’m the same Buster Sword from ACF, and yeah Cid was on it too.
Ok to answer your second question, ACF is down at the moment because SY hasn’t got the cash to fill in Vbulletin’s pockets I don’t think, so it’s temporarily unavailable, plus there was recent drama with SInfinity or some other sort, some memeber said they would host ACF, but as of yet, that hasn’t seemed to have happened.
Oh and I left ACF in March, but I still get updated from pals of mine, hope that helped.
