its not about who beats who, you could argue batman against silver surfer, I need feats.
Alucard should be Mid Herald at the least. His powers are far to great to be low level herald. He pretty much has all the abilities of Sephiroth with the exception of Super Nova.
He’s immortal, which is linked to the number of souls he’s absorbed, and right the Major says he has the souls of about 200,000,000 (Two Hundred Million) within him.
His regeneration far surpasses that of most characters, Wolverine and Hulk included. He’s been reduced to a pool of blood and completely shredded by gunfire and was able to regenerate himself near instantly.
He has super human strength to which the extent is unknown, being able to rip human beings apart with his bare hands with no difficulty at all.
He has superhuman speed, being able to move much quicker than the eye can see, which is above supersonic levels.
He can become intangible, able to do things such as pass through walls.
He can defy gravity, he’s been seen running up walls and leaping impossibly large distances.
He can manipulate shadows into physical form.
He can shapeshift into any form. Animals, humans, and even an amorphous mass of darkness.
He can teleport.
He has telekenesis to an unknown extent. He’s been seen lifting a computer chip, reloading his gun, and throwing human bodies around with it.
Mind control. *AKA the sex beam :3*
He can summon his familiars to fight for him. His familiars are those who’s souls he has absorbed. This included humans and animals. In the manga he summoned an entire army of undead, men, weapons, and horses alike.

From the characters I know a lot about from the mid tier, he could probably take on Darth Nihilus, Hulk, Juggernaut, and Goku.
I told you dude, Alucard is on the level of Sephiroth and you’ve got him at High Herald.

They’re not placed. But I’d likely put Normal Weiss on whatever level Cloud is on, that’s currently Low herald, but I’d rather see them both on High Meta Human. Chaos would most likely be High Herald as would Omega Weiss.

its not about who beats who, you could argue batman against silver surfer, I need feats.
Lucius has the patronage of a god. He also gets stronger from every soul he absorbs. His suit is powered by the thousands of souls contained in it, and he is incredibly powerful. He can use the souls to block any attack against him. He was the best swordsman in his legion before his augmentation by the thousands of souls within him. He can summon daemon fire and call on the warp to move even faster. Imagine if he absorbed, say, Neo ExDeath. He would be a god.

alucard couldnt take out juggernaut,goku, or hulk
he wouldnt be able to significantly hurt any of them, especially seeing as hulk and juggernaut are people with planet destroying strength
juggernaut could simply run through alucard and scatter him into pieces
alucard hasnt shown his speed to be anything special
His durability is defienntly pretty low
his versatility however puts him at his rank
just because a alucard can survive fights with these people doesnt mean hes on their level heck wolverine has taken on the hulk and done ok but do you see the level of difference between the two?
