I would also say that Kuja and Kefka are on similar levels to Sephiroth.

Kefka being the first FF villain to successfully pwn a planet, and Kuja being able to survive his own planet buster.

Also really the only Skyfather you have there is Odin the rest are way way above not for sure about Ulmeica or Neo Ex Death.
