So, my suggestion. Superman Prime 1 Million and Mr.Mxy need to be placed to the “Abstract/Skyfather and Above” section.
5-d imps are not as strong as Mr.Mxy but even they were shown to imprisoned Spectre (though for a short time) and reshape the universe the way they want it. Also they can’t be killed in 3-D world. So I think they deserve to be in the “Abstract/Skyfather and Above” section too.
One more thing. On my opinion Presense and One Above All should be in Above section. There for “Abstract/Skyfather and Above” will be devided on two sections. I mean the God need his own section, why he need to share it with others ?

No, he isn’t omni-anything. He’s powerful, but not omnipotent, Morningstar isn’t even omnipotent.

He fought evil gods, exist beyond time and space, he reach to the destroying of universe in...well that wasn’t stated but he said that it happened so fast even he couldn’t reach right in time....and by saying fast he meant few seconds (looking on eccident).
Mr.Mxy has done a lot of interesting things that even full powered Galactus couldn’t do. He surely need to be in that section.

And they did amazing things, especialy Mr.Mxy. And IG controlled only one universe, that is nothing compare to Mxy cuz he can can control EVERY universe. Supes Prime 1 Mil can live WITHOUT any universe. Those guys can’t be affected by IG so
why aren’t they in “Abstract/Skyfather and Above” section ?
Invincible and Omni-Man: I’d say they’re heralds. Omni-Man should be High, from what I can tell though he’s stronger than Superman (in the Invincible universe Superman is Immortal), can’t tell for sure because Supes definitely has more feats. Invincible can temporarily be Low or Mid level herald but will start moving up soon enough Someone really needs to do another Character Level pyramid.
