I would say Luffy at FP is high Metahuman or maybe low herald.

Surfer,Superman and Thor would all take a majority from Sentry,Sentry is Herald level nothing higher.

I’d likely place Alucard in either mid or high level herald. Mid is my suggestion. But definitely not low.

Nah hes most likely low herald I can name a lot of characters in the Mid Herald that would beat him,not counting most of the High Herald’s would beat him.
