His powers are mastery of magic(Things like Tidal Wave,Explode(Star explosion),Time stop, and such.) It is really not given how many spells he has mastered but...Also in the game he makes the entire room disappear and they fight him in space anyway, he is immune to damage to everything but magic(Story element and game mechanics element) Also, he was able to take control of someone with his body sealed and his powers split apart. In Neo form(Not max power) he has an invincibility spell. In his angelic Plume/Diso form he gets the powers of the gods of his homeworld. ---

Well if you don’t then: Lord of Nightmares is omnipotent, he is from Slayers.
Kami Tenchi, I honestly put him at celetrial level. He did something similar to Mxy but it seems he doesn’t have control over his powers
I don’t know about the Idea of Evil though
