im guessing nobody knows who the scanners are but they are from a movie called scanners and they have telekinisis, telepathy, can read peoples minds, make peoples body parts explode, cause massive headaches, massive body aches, can control peoples bodies and make people commite suicide, control peoples heart beats, cause heart attacks, etc.

i think the scanners would win even though they are seriously outclassed in speed, strenght, endurance, durability, etc. but they do have lethal abilities so i think they would win

other abilities include making veins appear on the victims body and make them bleed horribly, and make people see hallucinations and illusions
