The shinigami Fear Aizen more then the espada, that also a clue, Espada obey him for sole reason, his power/leadership for hollow race.
Grimjow was overpowered by Aizen Soul Power during the espada meeting and he rank 6
Aizen ability: Total hypnosis might be used on Espada already, who knows? ;p

-Pretty much most Espada so far 1-10 evolve from Adjuchas.
-Their a chance that some of the espada are Vasto Lord,zero information been revealed of that.
* I am throwing out a limb and saying 1-4 rank are Vasto Lord(This is my own thought)
But I do agree that most of the currently espada are adjunchas and Aizen can beat rank 5 to 10 for sure.

I read both manga/anime, but what your input Darth? Looking at espada, rank 4 Ulquiorra Schiffer look like a Vasto Lord(but I can’t confirm this just by that)

It depends on how many Espada are in this debate, though he may seem outnumbered, Aizen might prove more than a match to them.
