No. I’d never want to live forever. I watched Highlander, I understand how sad of a life it would be to slowly see all the people you’ve come to love die while you never even aged.

The thought of falling in love and being forced to watch as that person died over, and over, and over wouldn’t be worth it. I’d prefer to grow old with my wife and eventually die. To leave behind a legacy and be remembered by my children. Not watch them die as well.

I’d like to live a long life, but not live forever. I have to go someday.

For the most part, it depends on the circumstances.

Do you know that your ears continue to grow until you die? Try living with that.

Assuming that being immortal halted your growth, then it wouldn’t matter.

I would love to live for a few million years if I could stay young, strong, and able to remember everything that happen for that million years, but not forever.

Theory does not mean an unsubstantiated guess or hunch, as it can in everyday speech. A theory is a logically self-consistent model or framework for describing the behavior of a related set of natural or social phenomena.
