It was just before this you can see the building Falling in the backround Tidus and Auron jumped onto it ran across it and just made it ovver to that part he is hanging from

regardless jump height or length is not a accurate measure of speed
he covered the width of that building in no time at all it was in slow motion as it was falling and it was blowing up around him, Tidus is just as fast as Cloud who is waighed down
