Zell is from FF8, and if limit breaks are actually canon in that game, he is faster than Cloud at least for one move and could potentially win....MAYBE

Can he perform it all that fast? Omnislash happens in the blink of an eye. That is pretty much instant. He is doing about 6 slashes (That can damage fucking Sephiroth) in less than a second.
