alright im having serious sleeping issues and i need help
this is me third day without sleep and i dont feel tired yet
when i was going to sleep i could sleep 23 hours if not disturbed(12 hours of such a deep sleep that i cant be woken up but then come into a shallow sleep that could be woken up by even paper rustling
so i need help with both
how can i go to sleep easier and wake up without having to have 12 hours of sleep
ill try all the ideas that have a ounce of sense in them

maybe the doctor might know what’s going? i have no experience with those kinds of problems.

You could try taking either skullcap or valerian. You can get either in a tea form at most health food stores.

I personally use skullcap and find it works well. I also recommended it to an insomniac friend who reported high success with it. It has a calming/sedating effect that allows you to sleep with no adverse effects the next day.

Like anything, there can be side effects. The reported side effects have only been reported at high doses (which is why I would recommend tea over a tincture or capsule). Some reported side effects include allergic reactions and liver damage.

Valerian I have never personally used, but it’s also well known for its sedative properties. It’s considered to be a safe and effective herb, but some people find it induces anxiety and restlessness rather than calming it. Valerian should not be used by anyone taking other sedatives or anti-anxiety meds without consulting a doctor.

Jomas...I got same as u ...about 3 months ago...i nearly got insomnia....!! I had to make a final design studio drawings....n unfortunately we only got a month to prepare that...!! So...no choice i needed to sit all-nighter...these thirty days i just slept 1 hour only for those thirty days...! & after that long period...i can`t sleep at all..!!After that i tried all sorts of things to make myself sleep on right time...!! i took 2 or 3 sleeping pills...n not sleep...!! I took oily foods or seeds ..n it`s not helped..!! Even coughing syrup i took...but no answer...!! So i went to doctor...!!!
N he said like this...!! “Your sleeping needs a habit...Once it`s gone..u need to rehabit bac...with help of medicine at first!! " N he gave me kidz sleeping pills i said to him “i took even 2 or 3 pills of adult pills n not worked..!!" he said just try by these steps...u`ll be ok..!!

*1-Don`t eat within one hour before ur bed time..

2-Don`t take caffine or tea within two hour before u sleep..it`s included energy drinks too

3-Set ur sleeping time fix...like 8 hours...or more..(normally 6 hours is enough)

4-Sometimes u wake up at 3 am or 4 am...don`t do sth like watching tv or net surfing...just be in bed n try to close eyes even u don`t want to sleep!

5-if u can..try to off all light...even night lights...!!

6-Go to bed ASAP...when u wanna sleep...don`t endure or extend ur time...while u want to sleep..!!

i just follow 2,3,5 n 6....then i m ok now....!!! Maybe this would be useful for u...!!But that`s not a doctor....but a psychiatric...!! wink

Stay cool, then cover yourself with like, 4 blankets. I took a bath in cold water and then did that and I fell asleep in 30 seconds.

well i fell asleep at 2 in the morning today
woke up at 2pm
ill see if it continues then try to work a schedual and what not
