No, your tier system. There are so many characters out of place on that thing. Two prime and very obvious examples are Alucard and Cloud. Neither of them should be low level herald. Aluc should at least be mid level herald, but personally I place him on the same level as Sephiroth. And Cloud should be High Meta Human.

Hellsing Manga volume one, pages 52-53. I can’t be arsed to find it myself, mainly cause I don’t know what that equates to in the chapters. Anyways, I’ll go to the character tier thread and plead the case on Alucard or whatever.

Actually it isn’t. For the most part, it’s pretty evenly matched, Wolvie aside. This is Saiyan Saga Goku so he could probably be defeated by Chaos.
