UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 29  Joined: 06 May 2007 Posts: 3,128 OFFLINE | Too many times on MvC nowadays I have seen some religious person, usually either a guest or Itachi state that Atheists/Agnostics/Nihilists/any non-God-believer is a minion of satan, or a human form of satan. Why...? I want a religious person to explain why.

It actually has slowed down recently, but it used to happen a lot here. I just thought it should be discussed. Also, it has happened to me in person as well, so that was another reason I posted.

Itachi used to a while ago. He has not said anything like that in a while though. I have seen a few videos and websites that support this idea though.

according to the mainstream christian doctrine, satin doesn’t want everyone to be these crazy satin worshipers who light babies on fire then put in black robes and dance around it in a circle. satin will do anything to make people believe anything other then christianity. there are two options from that view: christian, and not christian. the christians are supposed to be doing their best to follow God (or, as shown in the name, to be christ like), while the non-christians do not follow God, and thus are doing exactly what satin wants. thus, satin has control over their lives. even if they do wonderful wonderful things with their life, satin has accomplished his goal with them.
that being said, i think that is waaaay to extreme of a thing to say. i agree with the above, but i don’t think that makes them minions of satan. i think that makes them innocent people who have been deceived by the great deceiver.

In the mind? please... When your Mom tells you not to go out, that is your mother that is influencing you due to the feeling of disappointing her if you disobey. How ever, God’s word is only in the holy books, therefore it is not “God” that is influencing your decisions, it’s just the holy book and what the authors wrote.
Explain where else the devil and god influence?
