That attack could not destroy an entire city. It didn’t even destroy most of the forest.

If Toguro can withstand it when it exploded, then it’s not destroying a city. I watched it explode after it too Toguro through a straight line in the forest. Not city destroying.

No, he wasn’t. In that fight, Hiei was outright attacking. There was no speed blitz oor anything of the sort.
Well, he did do a speedblitz, but it did nothing to Sensui. It didn’t even dent his armor.
i apologize for that and i should of supported my statements like i am now but i dont know he was extremely fast there and he could of surpassed light speed but i dont really know
