I have no idea where you are getting any numbers ever mentioned, but I can tell you that you aren’t a good judge of size either. There would be no way to fit 500 demons in that room. And judging by the bodies lying around, no more that 30 demons at the most were killed by Hiei.
Seriously, stop overrating them. An A class > a B class. But no single A class, unless he’s an A+, can kill ALL B class demons. No evidence to that claim.
