I know there arent that many guys intrested in fitness on this site (that I know of). But for those who are check this out.

Cytosport just released their latest offering to their high powered protein line!

Monster Milk

Supplement Facts Quick Sheet:

Serving Size: 2 scoops (84g)
Servings per container: 12

Amount per Serving:

Calories: 350
Calories from fat: 80
Total Fat: 9g
Total Carbohydrates: 17g
Protein: 50g

Not very many servings, especially at $50 (IMO).

Im going to drive over to the nearest GNC and get me some a container of it ASAP.

That seems like a rip off to me.

Mine has
580 calories per serving
45 Calories from fat
5 g total fat
79g of carbs
54g of protein per serving

and 10 servings per container @ $35.

Only one of those containers is whey.
One is cell Mass for post workout and recovery.
One is Nitric Oxide N.O. Explode for pre-workout which gives you energy and focus which delivers oxygen and nutrients to muscles. Basically legal steroids. Or legal crack Haha
Two of those are my AA Anabolic Amino acids
One is multi vitamin.

Although the Creatine can cause kidney problem if you overdo it for a long period of time. I go 2 months on and 2 months off Creatine.

I got Whey Protein, Multi-vitamins, Creatine and Amino pills.

sounds like a rip off

Its Muscle Milk and it has fibre and special amino acids in it. Tastes pretty dayum good to, I prefer Banana Cream Pie (flavour) but chocolate is good.

Weinder 90% Protein

-Soy Protein with isoflavones

This is my favourite brand of protein powder I have tried. Its got a delicious taste and its got alot of protein and is very low fat/cal. Its got alot of different kinds of amino acids aswell.

I prefer the chocolate flavour in this brand.
