I have a lot of themes I downloaded on to my PSP but I don’t know how to download themes on PS3.
Do you need an external flash drive to do it? It can’t download directly to the hard drive?

I downloaded a custom PSP theme creator and I’m going to try that out.
Is there one for PS3?
