Don’t bother with Rare is the keyword. I fucking hate that New rare.
hey zucas, lets go to rare headquarters and help them out......*wink* *wink*
It’s hardly Rare anymore. I mean Martin Hollis is with Zoonami, the goldeneye and Perfect Dark team formed Free Radical, and then the founders of Rare have since left as well. It’s simply a bunch of guys using the rare name and its properties.

who else misses donkey kong 64 and banjo back in the day?
perfect dark? 007?
At least I’m not alone. Conker’s Bad Fur Day. Goldeneye, DK 64, OOT, and a whole shitload more.
I need another Conker but I’m not bother with 360 to get it.
Eh, I know what you mean. But still, when I get bored of the Wii, I just get out the N64, or the SNES.
I loved those systems but in the end it’s new game I need.
I can’t play games over and over again. Usually I beat a game once and it’s over.
Ah, the same goes for me, until I have the need to play it again. You see, the problems with most games these days is that they don’t last that damn long. They only take like a day or two to beat, and then you don’t play it anymore. I mean, you waste from $40-$60 for a game that gets all the hype, and when you finally play it, it’s crap, or doesn’t last long.
Yea if I could only play a game once I’d die. I go back and play games all the time. How do you think I survive no good release lulls haha. that’s what the VC and XBLA and PSN are for haha.

Games like Zelda, the SW games, The Prince of Persia, Mario, Goldeneye, and games such as those I can play over and over again because they don’t get old, and they satisfy my taste. You get what you paid for.

Yeah, the high prices are killing me.
That’s why I hardly ever buy games without online and I’ve dropped the 360 and only buy select first party games for Wii. Then I’ve been leaning on PSP since the games are PS2 games on PSP and are cheap but even then it’s expensive for a portable game.
How the hell did portable games become $40 on both DS and PSP?

The hell if I know. Nowadays, you don’t get the bang for your buck like you think you will.

That’s where I’ve migrated online. But I figured to go with the free stuff since the $50 a year can go towards an extra game.
So it ended up PS3 and Wii for me. The PS3 was more expensive for a reason. It can do more than the 360 can do is just more reliable. In the end, not counting online, they ended up matching in overall price because of all the accessories you had to buy and the hdd updates.

Well the most replay value is always in the good strategy games. That is why I have a wii with 2 games(Brawl and Sports) and a PC hot-rodded to the point where little can compare with it. Then I use it to play stuff like Dawn of War and Earth 2150, because you can play them over and over and not get tired.
--- Dawn of War II. And god help me, if the necrontyr aren’t in it, I will summon my warscythe and kick ass as a pariah.
platformers are dissapearing. people just want a little more from the games now. in my oppinion every mario game since mario 64 has been more of an action game than a platformer, but then again i haven’t played much of mario lately.
