There would be no point in that. Hand to hand would be better. There’s no use in trying to find a way to mess with someone’s heart in a battle, since he won’t have enough time to do so.

I don’t think Stark has to worry about that anymore he has an artificial heart and since he got injected with the Extremis he now has a healing factor nothing on the level of Hulk or Wolverine but he has one.Also pretty sure Captain America has trained him in H2H.

Wasn’t Bruce studying Martail Art’s in the movie learning a way to control his rage if so he should be able to beat Tony Stark
