Minion, by L.A. Banks. Mary Sue characters, torturous dialog, banal exposition... the whole thing read like Buffy the Vampire Slayer fanfiction.

Great Expectations, cuz that’s what it was. Flaming piece of shit, kept expecting something great, but all there was was stupidass and dumbass people’s problems. I wouldn’t recommend this book to anybody unless you wanna read something that’s gonna make you want to kill yourself.

The Day of the Dragon, by Richard Knaak.

It’s published and loved fan-fic trash. I got pretty far into it before I tossed it at a friend. He read the whole thing, then came to me a week later and said 'I feel like I’ve wasted so much time with that piece of trash, why didn’t you stop me?'.

I guess that I’m like the son himself. I only help those that choose to help themselves.

The worst book I ever read was “Twilight” by Stephanie Meyer.

This might ruffle some brows, though, because I know that this novel is a fantastic hit and will become a major film soon.

However, I’m just well-read in other areas, and when I have to endure a sappy, sentimental novel about a high-schoolish relationship between Girl A and milktoast vampire B, I yawn and wonder how many wonderful things there are in this world that I am missing because I’m reading this crap.

Give me King, Straub, Koontz, Poe, Faulkner, Milton...even DICKENS. I’ll gladly investigate, but I was so bored with this novel that I have to say I have NEVER read something so weak, tired, and shallow.

Sorry, people.
