Neo Ex Death is slightly above Ultimicia because he could destroy all diminsions and existance. Ultimicia can compress time. You also forgot Kefka on the list, who destroyed the world far faster than Kuja did.

Omnislash has no effect on Sephiroth in AC, it is Omnislash version 5 that beats him so omnislash can’t beat every FF character. Look who fails now
