Just because it destroyed a planet (because only 1 planet was there) doesnt mean that it was only a planet destroyer, Vegeta way back when he first met goku was a planet destroyer, Frezia with stood a sprit bomb attack, where he was cut by a unknown sword, and that sword couldnt even cut goku when he wasnt all that powerful compared to vegeta now.

If he can move fast then he will beat vegeta.. else he wont. How fast can he move?
